Lightning add veteran forward on one-year deal

The Tampa Bay Lightning continue to add to their roster (and that of the Syracuse Crunch) as they announced the signing of veteran forward Scott Sabourin to a one-year, two-way contract. While financial terms weren’t released by the team, Puckpedia is reporting that it the NHL salary is $775,000 with the minor-league portion at $250,000. Former second-round pick Gabriel Fortier is heading to Sweden as he signed a two-year deal with Leksands IF of the SHL earlier in the week.
