The Seattle Seahawks were in first place in the NFC for 24 hours. The Philadelphia Eagles reclaimed first place on Monday night by beating the Green Bay Packers, but Seattle is still tied for the top record in the conference.
It isn’t just tied at the top of the NFC. In the NFC West, the Los Angeles Rams are even with the Seahawks but Seattle has a better record in the division. LA is the top wild card team right now. The two teams face each other in Week 11.
The NFC North leading Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to the New England Patriots. Tampa falls to fourth place with the loss.
The Green Bay Packers fell from third all the way to seventh in the playoff picture with their loss. The Detroit Lions move into the NFC North lead thanks to a tiebreaker win over the Chicago Bears.
In the wild card, the Rams and Chicago Bears both won. The 49ers lost, so every team that is better than 6-4 is in playoff position.
