I just made my first site today this is just a work in progress and I hope this site will get good success. I am not completely finished with the site, but I'm open for suggestions to the site. I would like to hire some staff members, so if your interested in becoming one just let me know and I'll choose the best ones.

Yeah, et is trying to join, but he says it won't let him but you were able to create an account.
 
You should add a Affiliate Board, that would attract more people.

You should only ask users to do such things on your own forum, not here. It's better if you don't ask users to do that at all on either forum, it's good to get help from your fellow members with advertising, but flat out asking them to get people 'to join' could lead to users being misguided into PM advertising, etc. You really need a set of rules on your forum. Also, you can't use that banner without permission from the owner of it, you are hotlinking it. //storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png
