Don’t try for perfection overnight, really ever. It’s a process of baby steps which seen in retrospect creates a huge step forward.


Start with something simple, like a walk twice or three times a week. Maybe you could also stop drinking sweetened drinks or anything with carbonation. It seems minor but those two habits will make an enormous impact over time.
 
I focus on a balanced, nutrient-rich diet, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, and stress management. I eat fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins while limiting processed foods
 
Stay away from everything bad, always make time for yourself, to feel good, to do what you like, to clear your mind; you must always keep your mind in good condition, because otherwise you will never be at peace or happy.
