Exercise often?

So, do you exercise often? If you do how often do you exercise? Do you think it's enough?

I don't exercise very often and it's definitely not enough. I really need to start again or I'll end up unhealthy like a lot of Americans lol. I still am managing my weight though without exercise. :P
 
I go on a jog everyday, unless I'm really busy or have a lot of homework.

I do pushups every now and then, also....but not very often...

Whenever I get a chance to, I usually play Basketball or soccer. I'm not much of a runner, but I do some jogging/walking everyday.
 
I play a bit of basketball with myself every couple days, and I have recently started running daily to get in shape for cross country.

It depends what you mean. I am fit and active in sports, but I don't work out or anything. I'll take a jog around my neighborhood every now and then too.
 
I don't purposely exercise as often as I should do but I do alot of walking, cleaning and such which is pretty much a work out for me each day. I will on the odd occasion use the exercise bike or some weights.

I don't exercise all that often. I lift weights every now and then and sometimes run on the treadmill.

Usually I just play sports if I want the exercise, though.

I walk everyday now that I'm feeling better again. I had some health issues and couldn't exercise for awhile
But now that I am able to exercise again I have been walking 1 mile a day to begin with until I work my way back up to walking 6 or more miles a day again :D
