I have been trying to exercise more lately. It's crunch time for cross-country. I have been doing something everyday. Sometimes I do a bit of swimming, sometimes I practice driving the ball to the basket in basketball, sometimes I run for cross-country, and sometimes I mess around hitting a tennis ball off the wall with a tennis racket I bought at a yard sale.

Five, maybe six, days a week for about an hour. Right now I am stretching, swimming, and walking. In the past I have tried weights for strength training, but there are some negative health effects from weight training that I won't go into so I have largely abandoned that
