Bradley Beal is spending a lot of quality time with his new team, the Los Angeles Clippers, and he is learning about the men he’ll play with.

He was recently asked about who stands out the most during training camp, and Beal’s response wasn’t too surprising.

Beal said that Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, and newcomer Brook Lopez are all making the biggest impressions on him.

“I’ve never been around Kawhi. So being around Kawhi every day — he’s a freak of nature… One of the best to ever touch a ball. Same with JH. Just their work ethic when it comes to this game is unmatched. And I’d say Brook Lopez. He’s definitely been the biggest — I’d say the loudest difference maker in the gym on both ends of the floor,” Beal said.
Bradley Beal said Kawhi Leonard is the Clippers player standing out the most in training camp.

He also mentioned James Harden and Brook Lopez.

Beal has played against these stars for many years, but now he is on their side and trying to find a good rhythm and chemistry with each of them.

Leonard and Harden have established a nice relationship together during their time together in Los Angeles, and they are excited to bring Beal into the fold.

As for Lopez, this will also be his first run with the Clippers, and the fans want some big things from him.

He’s grown older, but has shown that he is still one of the most reliable big men in the league.

There are plenty of concerns and worries surrounding the Clippers, especially with the current NBA investigation into Leonard’s deal with the tree-planting company, Aspiration.

But there is also a belief that this team could have an impressive season, mostly because of Leonard, Harden, Lopez, and Beal.

James Harden Is Taking On A Bigger Team Role

Los Angeles Clippers Media Day

The Los Angeles Clippers have wanted to be the best team in the West for years, but they have sadly kept coming up short.

In order to change that, they need a lot of on-court skill and leadership, too.

According to one NBA insider, the team is getting a lot of support and guidance from James Harden.

“Leonard is a quiet but supportive locker room player, but the Clippers needed more. They believe they’ve found that player in Harden. Harden has pushed his teammates and coaches to be at their best in pursuit of getting to the NBA Finals,” via Michael Hanich.

There were understandable concerns about Harden when he joined the Clippers a couple of seasons ago.

It came right after rough stints with the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers.

People were afraid of him not performing well, requiring a big contract, and then leaving the team when they needed him most.

But after a rough start, Harden quickly turned a corner and started to play really well for the Clippers.

During his two seasons with them, he has averaged 19.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 8.6 assists.

Beyond the numbers, Harden has looked happy in Los Angeles and has been unquestionably dedicated to the team.

The Clippers have been Kawhi Leonard’s team for years, but it sounds like Harden is providing an important role that Leonard has never fully embraced.

This is important because it helps the team stay motivated, especially in such a tough conference.

With so many questions about Leonard and his future, this news about Harden is reassuring to Clippers fans.

They know the upcoming season might be unpredictable and challenging, but they can rely on Harden to be steadfast and dedicated in ways he’s never been before.

Brian Windhorst Gives Concerning Update About James Harden

With so many worries and questions floating around them, the last thing the Los Angeles Clippers need is more bad news about their players.

Sadly, Brian Windhorst is raising concerns about James Harden, who will be pivotal for the team’s success in the new season.

According to him, Harden isn’t in great shape right now.

“That’s one of the things that the scouts have said is that Harden has been in better shape at this point,” Windhorst said.

There are just a few days before the start of the new season, so this could be a problem that plagues the Clippers for weeks if not months.

This obviously is not great news for the Clippers, who have become more and more reliant on Harden and his special work on the court.

Last season, he averaged 22.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 8.7 assists.

When he arrived, there were questions about how he would play in Los Angeles, but Harden has fit in perfectly and has become a natural leader for the team.

The Clippers will need more of him in the new year, especially because they don’t know what is going on with their other biggest star, Kawhi Leonard.

Leonard is currently under investigation by the league, and a punishment could be around the corner.

If it’s severe, Harden’s prominence and importance to the team will become even more obvious.

The Clippers were busy during the summer, so they have a deeper roster because of vet stars like Chris Paul and Bradley Beal.

Still, they need Harden at 100 percent for the entire season if they wish to achieve the postseason success that has eluded them for so long.

Harden has to hit the gym and take care of his body because he’s become a crucial part of LA’s plans.

Los Angeles Clippers guard James Harden entered Monday’s matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers needing just one point to reach a significant career milestone. The Clippers fell to Philadelphia in a closely contested game at the Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday, but Harden delivered 28 points along with six rebounds and five assists.

He had two late three-point attempts that could have given Los Angeles the lead, though neither shot connected. Despite the defeat, Harden secured the historic achievement he had been approaching throughout the week. He became the 11th player in NBA history to reach 28,000 career points.

The other 10 players to achieve this milestone are LeBron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Dirk Nowitzki, Wilt Chamberlain, Kevin Durant, Shaquille O’Neal, and Carmelo Anthony. All of them are Hall of Famers or certain future Hall of Famers, and Harden will ultimately join those ranks when his playing career ends.

Harden currently sits 11th on the NBA’s all-time scoring list and is fewer than 300 points behind Carmelo Anthony for the No. 10 position. He is expected to surpass Anthony later this season, barring injury. At his current scoring pace, Harden could also move past Shaquille O’Neal before the season concludes.

James Harden is currently in his 17th NBA season and continues to carry a substantial on-court workload. For the Los Angeles Clippers, he is averaging 26.2 points, 8.7 assists, and 6.3 rebounds.

His placement among the league’s top scorers reinforces what has been evident throughout his career. Harden has established himself as one of the most prolific offensive players in NBA history, and these milestones continue to cement that legacy.
