    He still plays football? 0_o He used to be one of the worlds best players years ago. He was one of the best ever Arsenal players. I would have thought he would have retired.

    Bad News for Egyptian Soccer Fans

    Well to be honest in my opinion soccer is one of those sports that a lot of the fans are just there for the fight, food and drink. However riots usually don't get that bad here.

    Favorite Sport

    For me it's a no-brainer. Football/Soccer all the way. I've been playing since I was little and have been to so many games. I used to be addicted to Fifa which is a football game for PS3/Xbox/Wii/DS/etc. I have all the fifas from 2005-2013.

    Martial Arts

    I want to learn a martial art but haven't had the time or dedication to do it. Maybe in my gap year but there's sooooo much other stuff I want to do. I'd rather learn street fighting though because I already know a bit about street fighting. And yes you can learn street fighting.

    Nascar

    I don't really see the point of people driving in circles really fast and risking their lives. Formula One and Rally Driving are much better sports. I have watched the odd game though and have played some Nascar driving games which are fun until you're bored if going in circles.

    Well in Britain snooker gets better coverage professionally but practically impossible to do in your home due to the size of the table. I have noticed the lack of Americans in the Snooker World Championship. I used to watch all the snooker championships. Almost always a British person won.

    Basketball in Britian

    Let's just say 99% of brits couldn't name a single one. It's just a sport we play for fun rather than professionally. Our Olympic team is probably our best team.

    I don't really enjoy following it or watching it. Really a bunch of people throwing their weight around seems a bit barbaric don't you think? I much prefer boxing which has more purpose and skill.

    Nah no one will take him back. The premier league is generally for players that are either young and upcoming or still half decent players. I show my support to LA Galaxy but I don't really track MLS as I'm British.

    Well it's one of the most violent sports and somewhat barbaric. Yes it was originally from the Greek games but do our athletes do the games naked like the Ancient Greeks? No we don't. Neither is it men only. Like everything the Olympic games are evolving. I think with all the other fighting...

    Cross Country Running

    On Tuesday I did my first large run in ages and I really struggled although I managed to keep in the top 5 out of the 30 or so of us. That is until I almost vomited because I'd been feeling ill. Then I just did a fast walk but due to the large gap I still came 7th.

    Anyone play pool? It's a bit like snooker. It's hard to describe as their are so many different types but I play were there are spotted and striped balls. One person wants to pot the spotted and another the striped. This is decided by who pots the first ball. Then you try and pot all your balls...

    This is a simple little game. You just have to predict the team that will win the premiership this year and one of the teams that will be relegated. You can also predict who will be moved up. I predict that in the 2012-2013 season Manchester United will be crowned victors and Queens Park Rangers...

    Cricket

    So before you Americans came along we had a sport called cricket but you seem to forget about it because of baseball :P Anyway cricket is a game which is similar to baseball but in my opinion better. The bat is rectangular and you see how many runs you can get.
