Which sports are best for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and my goal is to lose weight quickly, The most sports I consider are Racing
Swimming and Cycling. Which are the best forms for you ?
 
Running is the winner for most calories burned per hour. Stationary bicycling, jogging, and swimming are excellent options as well. HIIT exercises are also great for burning calories

Yes I agree that running is a good way to burn a lot more calories so that you reduce your weight as you go.
 
A big plus of running that that you don't need to spend much to participate.
Why. We have seen certain athletes winning gold medals, while barefoot!
