Yanks land Ichiro

After 12 years with the Seattle Mariners, 38-year old Ichiro Suzuki has been traded to the New York Yankees. The 10-time All-star was traded to NY for 2 minor league pitchers.

This is pretty sad for me. I was hoping he'd spend his whole career in Seattle. That would've been cool.

This is just shocking to me. It's messed up. Ichiro should not be playing for the Yankees!

Seattle got the better end of the deal. Ichiro probably won't last much longer, to be honest.

But yeah, it's crazy to see him in a Yankees jersey.
