Working out at home

No, I don't work out at home because I don't have much space. I would if I had a bigger house. I prefer go jogging or playing basketball.

I do ab-work outs at my home. I used to do push-ups as well, but I've recently injured my left shoulder so even if I only do 10 push-ups, my shoulder starts to hurt. I really hate it, I wish my shoulder would hurry up and heal. But it just takes time. :|

I was thinking about starting today. I will make a routine to work out for some days in the week and eventually increase the amount I work out. I don't usually work out but I will now. :)

ya I work out at home and also go to the gym to workout too since they have way more equipment. I have a pretty nice mini gym though in the basement... a bunch of free weights, medicine ball, stability ball, treadmill, kettle bells and that's it.

If I have to workout at home, I normally go to Youtube and find workout videos.

I have found some decent workouts on Youtube in the past.

I have an exercise bike and a pair of dumbbells at home, but it's been so, so long since I've done any workout. The thing is I'm just too lazy to do any workout and I'll just spend the rest of the day laze away in front of the computer. I'm quite positive that I'm very unfit and need a workout to increase my fitness level. I'll maybe start doing something about it soon, but I don't know how 'soon' that'll be.

I love the idea of training at home and I had a small gym but U had to sell it. It was nothing fancy but nevertheless very useful. An adjustable bench, straight bar, two dumbbells and 100 kg of weights. I have a bar to do pull ups and you do not need anything else actually. It was very good for me because I don't talk in the gym and most guys talk too much so waiting for a bench or some machine is taking too long always and that is not good for overall training and effects.
