When was the last time that you sat for 30 minutes without a screen?

People live their lives now on the screens of laptops, smartphones, tablets and other gadgets. It could be for work, communication, entertainment and other endeavours. That has made people glued constantly to phone screens.

Have you ever stayed 30 minutes without a screen? When last we'd that?
 
I must admit I am a captive of this screen time schedule.
However whenever I am travelling, I sit for hours, without a screen in front of me. Hope I could do much of these travels.
 
Just yesterday I know I try to enjoy my meals without any distractions. So I do this often though because I like to enjoy my foods as it should be
 
Eating without screen distraction is healthy habit because it helps the mind to savor the flavors and the body to connect with the food. I also like to put my phone away during mealtime so I can really feel the textures and tastes. That little bit of focus brings joy and better digestion. It's like a ritual to sit back and enjoy your meal without the pressure of notifications.
 
I don't remember; there's almost always, if not always, a screen in front of me when I sit or lie down, so I don't remember when it happened.
