I love banana . They are light to eat and can be a snack or breakfast without stress. I also like other fruits like watermelon and apples but bananas are my favorite every day.
My best fruit is banana. I love it's smooth taste. I make lots of smoothies with bananas and preserve in my fridge. I also have lots of bananas I keep for ripening at every time in my house.
Banana and berries is my best fruits so I eat them everyday to boost my immune system but Apple is the best option when this two is not within my reach
