You can suffer from stomachache that is really painful that it can cause vomiting, difficulty standing, dizziness, and so on. Trust me, I’ve experienced it myself, believe it or not.

I used to be addicted to Indomie when I was young, like really addicted. I would eat Indomie on a daily basis if I remember, or just frequently in general. And although I know that Indomie is unhealthy and shouldn’t be consumed frequently, I still did it nonetheless because I just love the taste of the food, it’s delicious.

I don't think regular noodles or homemade noodles are junk food. You might be right about instant noodles, but I don't think so in the rest of the case.
