What does your username mean?

My username on udu was Superman501 so I just used it for this site because everyone knew me by that.

Back in 2006 in the early UDK days I chose car884 my original username, because I really liked cars haha. Then I just came up with 3 numbers that would be easy to remember. Eventually, in the summer of 2008 my account was suspended because I typed in TWO invalid codes. Then STUPID UD wouldn't un-suspend my account after I e-mailed them countless times. So, I made a new account that sounded very similar to my old one which was car889. I just added 9, because I was nine when I joined UDK. Eventually, about 6 months later I got my old account back however I had more points and I was posting more than I used to on car889. I was very lucky to have never been hacked I've mainly stuck with car889 ever since. Although, most have just called me car.

I think it did a couple times. They fixed it fairly quickly, though.

I remember how it took FOREVER for them to make my account eligible for getting prizes shipped. You needed to fax them a permission slip from your parents (since I was under 13 when I made my account), and it took like five tries and a couple months before I could order a prize.

UDK was meant for kids only once you were 18 you got kicked off the forum most of the kids are about 9 when they join. :P Supposedly, that's why LegoBuilder left the forum suddenly.

I know, I was joking.

That would suck to try to log in one day and not be able to get on...

Yeah, that was a major ordeal. I was twelve when I made my UDK account, and my family didn't have a fax machine or whatever. My Mom had to fill out all the information, give permission, etc over the phone. She just told the customer support person, and they went through and added it on the computer. This was all just for a 2008 box of Upper Deck cards (20$ value) which I never even received. :P

We ended up emailing the filled out form to Upper Deck...it was such a hassle (but worth it, since I got a lot of prizes from UDK).
