Black pepper contains antioxidants and may support your overall health. I like black pepper as it helps in reducing inflammation and with supporting blood sugar control
 
We eat a lot of Black pepper on everything. Breakfast, lunch and supper. We don’t eat salt… and have eaten it for years… we have no problems.
 
It is worth eating black pepper as it Contain protective compounds. Eating it also helps with
reducing the risk of chronic disease.
