Some of my favorites that come to mind are: "Angels in the Outfield", "A League of Their Own", "42", and "Million Dollar Arm". These were still very entertaining movies even for those that aren't very big fans of baseball. :)

What are some of your favorite baseball movies?

So many great baseball movies in the 90's I think. Not so many since. Moneyball's the only one that comes to mind.

I always loved Field of Dreams and A League of Their Own. The 'Major League' movies were always good for a laugh.

Don't think I ever saw Million Dollar Arm.

Sandlot! How has nobody mentioned the Sandlot yet? Such a classic film with so many good scenes and lines.

How could I forgot!? Wow, haven't seen it in forever, but I can't count how many times I watched it total. Absolute CLASSIC!

Million Dollar Arm and 42 are both really good, as is Rookie of the Year and Moneyball. This isn't a movie, but did anyone watch that Jackie Robinson special on PBS a couple days ago? It was really good.

"Field of Dreams" is a good one. "Major League" is also another one that is funny. Then for a newer one I would "Moneyball" since it's about Billy Bean and my team.
