Well Adam Wainwright, Cardinals SP, is undergoing Tommy John surgery and will miss the entire season. This is terrible for the Cards, and he is one of their best pitchers, and could have probably got 15-20 wins for them this season. He finished 2nd in Cy Young voting last year. How do you think the Cardinals will rebound from this tremendous loss?

It won't be bad, but they lost a huge part of their rotation.
