Well, if you remember, Wade Phillips got fired from his head coaching position for the Cowboys during the regular season. Now, Wade Phillips is still in the NFL. He is the defensive coordinator for the Houston Texans. His job finally started Monday, which was yesterday.

He has been a great D coordinator his whole career. Plus, it's not like the Texans D could get any worse..

Exactly. I doubt he'd rather be a DC than a HC. The chances are very slim that he ever gets another NFL HC job again.
