Lol that happened to my brother. His bed was messed up until he fixed it a few weeks ago.

Under my bed I think I just have things I hardly need for a long time. It can just be anything at all.

Nothing, it's 100% clean. I clean my entire room once a week, so I'm 100% sure the floor under my bed is completely clean.

Also understand that certain people keep weapons under their beds. In insecurity prone areas. Talk of machetes or metal bars.
