Terrell Owens Signs With Seahawks

This was a act of desparation. See that touchdown pass went right through? He will be cut before the season ends. He might not be a locker room drama, but there is a good chance when the Seahawks are losing. How many 38 year old wide receiver succeed in the National Football League?
 
Last he got a 1,000 yard reception season was in 2008 with a Cowboys uniform, also the last he had double-digit touchdowns in the NFL. But those numbers dropped off significantly from the record-breaking season of 2007, having 15 touchdowns in one season (Cowboys franchise record) and 1,355 receiving yards.

After that, he never had a 1,000 yard reception season, never had a double-digit touchdowns. In 2009 with the Bills, he had 55 receptions and 829 yards and 5 touchdowns. In 2010 he did a bit better with 72 receptions and 983 yards and 9 touchdowns. But if anyone thinks he'll be the old TO production-wise with the Cowboys, he's not going to be.

So bad call for the Seahawks there.

People close to the organization are saying Braylon Edwards is playing better than Terrell Owens.

Yeah, I can agree on that as well Braylon Edwards has made a few spectacular catches so far, while T.O. has only had one catch the whole preseason.

Yeah, I can agree on that as well Braylon Edwards has made a few spectacular catches so far, while T.O. has only had one catch the whole preseason.
 
I don't know if he'll be able to find another team. This might be the end of his career.

I was not surprised at all by this move at least he hadn't caused any issues in the locker room while he was here.
 
Good riddance, I think. I don't understand what's with the Seahawks management... it's not like they REALLY thought TO was going to stick around, did they?
