He's doing a great job so far. He has gone almost .650 with the Orioles, who had the worst record in the MLB before he arrived.

We swept the Yankees a few weeks ago...I was so surprised.

I didn't think the turn-around for them would come this quick.

Hopefully they keep this up next year. To be honest, I'd be pleased if the O's go .500 next year.
