No. He might have broken the rules, but he deserved the Heisman. The Heisman is for the best player, he was still the best player, whether he broke the rules or not. Did the rules that he broke completely change the outcome of who would win the Heisman? Not really.

Although, Reggie Bush played the best, even without the whole cheating scandal, he deserved it more than anyone. That's why they should not give it to Vince Young, or anyone. They should keep it vacant.

Can't argue with that, but the rules really hurt the new team, which is what I'm most mad about.
