The Red Sox have just turned a triple play; it was 1st and 2nd with no outs. Jed Lowrie got a grounder at third, touched third, and then threw to Dustin Pedroia at second, who finished the triple play by throwing to Adrian Gonzalez at first.

Fenway was pretty ecstatic right after. It was pretty awesome.

They both were impressive. I think the Red Sox one might have been more impressive, since everything has to go perfect, and you have to be super fast.

The Red Sox triple play didn't require much, besides speed. First triple play since 1994, wow.

What is this, like the third our fourth triple play this year?

Another sweet triple play:

That play made the White Sox look really bad. :P
The Indians just showed them up throwing like it was practice.

That one is really cool, but all it really is is a great catch and then confusion that follows.

I like how the Red Sox triple play was such a routine and perfect one.
Lowrie's throw seemed pretty slow, though.
