Actually, those are what are known among most Nintendo gamers as D-Pad.

Nintendo has come up with something that will allow free movement on a hand held. It is called a "thumb pad" it will be on the 3DS. Not exactly an analog stick, but if you slide your thumb on this "thumb pad" the character will react as if you were tilting an analog stick.

You probably won't find an analog stick on a handheld, just to get to the point.

Well, not to long ago they made a second version of the PSP called the PSP Go so I don't really know if this would be considered a PSP2.

It's like a DS, because it flips open, but there aren't two screens. Also, there are little memory chips like the DS games instead of those little discs the original PSP has.
