Preseason injuries are the worst thing that can happen to a team. Terrell Thomas of the New York Giants tore his ACL and is already out for the season. He was the leading tackler last year for the team, and will be a big loss for the Giants.

Thoughts?
 
This is another reason I hate the preseason games....people get injured, and for what? A good preseason record?
 
Well preseason is important. You have to have some practice against actual teams. They have preseason in every sport, its necessary.
 
Giants say Brian Witherspoon also suffered an ACL tear in last night's game....that's 2 CB's lost for the season in 1 night....

Giants secondary was already weak...imagine what it's gonna be like now.
