Read that, you will find a link to a simple userbar generator.
You can then upload the userbar to your GIMP and just add the Patriots logo to it. It's a good thing. I use it rarely though, because it is only for resource purposes really. For example, you can't claim what you make with it as it is a generator, etc. This can be helpful for you to create this yourself. If you really need me to personally create this, I can create this next week since that will be my Spring Break. :P
Although, keep in mind, this is a sports forum. Not a graphics request forum. We have this board here so we can create avatars and signatures for our active users. You haven't been active. That's what I meant by your inactivity. Also, if I create this for you, you can only use the graphics on this forum. You are also required to give credit to the creator, so you would have to give credit to me.
So, it's probably best you create it yourself. :)
