Pacers' Tyrese Haliburton Completely Brushed Off Comeback Win

The Indiana Pacers are still riding high off one of the most improbable comebacks in NBA history. Haliburton hit the game-tying shot that sent it to overtime. While everyone thought it was a three right after the shot went in, it ended up just being a two-point shot to tie the game. After winning a game like that, it can be hard for a team to come back down to earth and focus on the next game.

Indiana Pacers Predicted to Land Georgetown Standout in NBA Draft

The Indiana Pacers are predicted to draft Georgetown star Thomas Sorber with the 23rd pick in Bleacher Report's latest mock draft . Sorber had a standout freshman season at Georgetown, averaging 14.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.5 steals, and two blocks per contest. He shot 53.2 percent from the field, but struggled from three, shooting 16.2 percent on 1.5 attempts per game. Sorber could be an excellent fit for the Pacers as a backup center behind Myles Turner. Indiana currently has Thomas Bryant as their backup big man, but he will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason. Under the new CBA, it's pivotal for teams, especially contenders, to find value with players on rookie deals.

INDIANAPOLIS -- After the Indiana Pacers blew a 20-point first-half lead -- and chance for a 3-0 advantage in the Eastern Conference finals -- with their 106-100 loss to the New York Knicks at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Sunday night, All-NBA guard Tyrese Haliburton blamed himself for his team's struggles on offense in the second half. "Just trying to get guys in the right positions," Haliburton said when asked why he in particular, and Indiana overall, slowed down from their usual up-tempo style in the second half.

New York Knicks Stage Epic 20-Point Comeback To Steal Game 3 Against Pacers

Going down 20 points in the third game of the Eastern Conference semifinals, the Knicks managed to pull one of the greatest comebacks in NBA playoff history, and that certainly put them in the lead in the series at 2-1. While Jalen Brunson was having one of those SportsCenter highlight reel types of nights, ever since the internet exploded with chatter, one rallying cry was that maybe the real hero was Karl-Anthony Towns. The Timberwolves star put up 29 points and nine rebounds and was pretty much responsible for the Knicks' late surge, yet it was Bruno plastered all over the airwaves. Optimistic Pacers supporters would argue, “Pacers haven't yet won Game 3 in playoffs but have still won each series in 5 games.”
