I saw this earlier, but I'm a bit confused. Do I have to wait until it's my pick? Or can I pick at any time? And also, where is the lost of players for me to look at so I can choose who to pick?
 
That might take a while, just write the un-occupied teams picks right now, because one of those other people might be on when you are not and they might want to make their pick.
