-The Pittsburgh Penguins are currently on a 2-game winning streak, coming off two big wins against the Lightning and the Thrashers. There is a game tonight as well, against the Rangers, they're playing at home, hopefully they can get a win, and extend the streak to a 3-game winning streak. They really need to win, they are falling behind in the Atlantic Division.

I think a bold move by Darryl Sutter, trading away his own son. lol
On the more serious side of things, I am glad to be rid of Ian White. He was more hurting the Flames then helping them. I don't know much about the two new comers, but I do hope they do well. :P
 
The Penguins are on a 2-game winning streak now. Their last two games were against the Canucks and Hurricanes. Their next game will be against the Panthers on November 22nd at 7:30 Eastern Time.

Pat Burns passes away @ 58. RIP Pat.

Good news in the NHL:

Calgary Flames destroyed the Blackhawks 7-2.

Jarome Iginla got his eye a little cut up in a fight against a Dallas player, but he won the fight, and the Flames won the game. ;D

Darryl Sutter has 'stepped down' as GM of the Calgary Flames. Jay Feaster, who was the Flames assistant GM has stepped in as the acting GM, at least until the end of the season. The Coaching Staff will remain the same.
