I asked CMT, he hasn't answered me. But can i run one? If I can, who would be interested?
 
Explain what a NFl sim league is.
 
You GM a team of your choice basically. You make trades, list your starting DC. You do everything that a head Coach and owner would do, you draft, you sign FA, you resign players.
 
Can you only play during the actual NFL season? Does your team get points, or is it just for the fun of trading and drafting and stuff.
 
I sim the schedule, it goes around year 'round. You don't play, I sim games. It's like the NFL, except you don't play the game.
