The NFL Playoffs start next weekend, and all the matchups are set.

NFC:
Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers receive byes
Falcons vs Giants. Saints vs Lions

AFC: New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens receive byes
Steelers vs Broncos. Bengals vs Texans

So what are your predictions? Who will advance past the first round? Who will win the super bowl?

I can see the Steelers beating the Broncos next week.
Packers Vs. Patriots=Super Bowl= Patriots win
But that is just my prediction.

Packers over Ravens is my prediction.

I don't expect a Bengals playoff run, but a win or two would be nice.

Patriots over Packers. We're due for a Super Bowl.

I don't see much happening with the Steelers. They are old and 90% of the team seems to have some kind of injury. It's also been recently announced that Rashard Mendenhall tore his ACL, so he's gone as well. Mewelde Moore came down with some kind of injury a couple weeks ago and hasn't been able to get in the game lately, but he's probably day to day. Most likely though, we'll be seeing a lot of Isaac Redman, who is the true fumble machine. James Harrison called Rashard Mendenhall a fumble machine over the off-season, but he'll miss Mendenhall once he sees Redman. The Steelers have no running game. Ben Roethlisberger isn't 100% and is still struggling because of that high ankle sprain. Byron Leftwich got injured a while back and is out for the season. So, at the quarterback position there's only Charlie Batch and Dennis Dixon; players who can't pass to save their life and they're just not leaders.

I think the Steelers will be able to get by the Broncos though. Also, I think Houston will beat Cincinnati in a close one. So, I think it will end up being Steelers against the Patriots and they will get stomped by Tom Brady. Their pass defense isn't effective. If the offensive line can keep James Harrison and LaMarr Woodley (which shouldn't be too hard, seeing as neither of them are 100%) off of Tom Brady, they'll win easily. I think the Texans will pull the upset over the Ravens, but then lose to the Patriots in the AFC championship game. Seeing as I care little about the NFC, I'll just say that I think the Saints will be the team representing the NFC in the Super Bowl. So, I think the Super Bowl will be between the Saints and the Patriots. I then think the Saints will defeat them easily due to the poor Patriots defense (Drew Brees will go up and down the field against them) and decent (although dirty) Saints defense (they'll get a few nice hits on Tom Brady).
