New Dark Theme

Due to a number of low key requests, I've decided to add a darker theme. I decided to change it up from the normal an went with a teal color. 

New theme: VintageTeal
You can select this theme in your UserCP -> Edit Options -> Other Options, or by selecting the quick dropdown menu at the bottom of the forum. 

If there are other preferences for theme appearances, please let me know. 

In the future, I hope to have sport specific and team specific custom themes made if we can really get activity going. It will be costly to undergo, but would be really nice to have.

I have changed the default theme to the DarkTeal theme for the time being.

The dark theme is really good. I also noticed that it's a responsive theme. Now, I don't have to worry about accessing this forum from my phone. The light theme is good but it's not really responsive in mobile devices. It supports up to tablet screen but that's it.

Hope you guys fix that too

Thanks for the feedback. I've been looking for someone to design a completely new light theme to replace the current one. When that happens, it would be fixed.
