NBA Playoffs

That was one heck of a game last night.

I was reminded of how much I hate Paul Pierce. He's such an actor. That double foul on Kevin Garnett and LeBron James that was LeBron's 5th foul was ridiculous. Pretty bad refereeing for both teams, but still a good game. When it comes to overtime games, I personally like to see the best against the best, so I wish Paul Pierce and LeBron James wouldn't have fouled out. At the end of the day, I mark the loss as the coach's fault. He needs to come up with better last possession plays. They had a chance to win it at the end of regulation, but all the play seemed to be was for LeBron James to make some kind of amazing play, even though the double coverage was obviously going to come sooner or later. Then, the final play of the game, Dwyane Wade missed that three, but still. There needs to be some kind of strategy to it. He seems to just give his stars the ball and tells them to make something happen. LeBron James has never been a clutch player (even though he did have a three that tied the game in the last minute or two). I don't see that changing, so if LeBron is going to take the final shot, it shouldn't be a mid-range jumper anyways. A high percentage shot would be good. LeBron misses more jump shots than he does layups or dunks...

Eric Spoelstra is a terrible coach which is why whenever the Heat have a final chance to win the game, he just calls a isolation with either Wade or Lebron and hope they can score. He never calls up any plays in the end of a game. And don't even talk about Pierce being an actor, Lebron is just as bad.

LeBron isn't much of an actor. LeBron doesn't shoot enough jump shots to have chances where he can act. That's what Wade does when he's trying to get going though. I don't even think Paul Pierce is that good though, he just flops, jumps into people while shooting, and gets foul calls. I think the Heat should consider firing Spoelstra if they don't win the finals this year. I kind of wish they would have went after Mike Brown when they got LeBron because he had just gotten fired by the Cavaliers, and he definitely would have helped LeBron make adjustments.

The Thunder beat the Spurs 108-103 in game 5 last night. The Thunder have won three straight games, and are now leading the series 3-2.

Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals is tonight!

He's playing off the bench. He's in the game right now. He's not 100%, but they seem to be a better team even with him jogging and missing jump shots.

The Heat just lost game 5 with a final score of 90-94. The Celtics are now leading the series 3-2. The Celtics have won three straight and the Heat are now on the brink of elimination. Game 6 is Thursday and it's at Boston. LeBron James had 30 points and 13 rebounds. Dwyane Wade had 27 points. Time to fire Spoelstra.

They're not old, they're experienced!

The Thunder just won game 6 with a final score of 107-99. The Spurs were up 63-48 at the end of the first half. The fans are going crazy. Wow. The Spurs were up 2-0, and they lost four in a row. My NBA Finals pick has a good chance of coming true. :D

Thunder are my new favorite to win it. The Celtics don't seem to be that consistent, and the Heat can hardly hold off the Celtics, so I don't know how they'd manage to hold of the Thunder.

The Thunder are going to win the Championship whoever they play. Who has homecourt though if the Heat win?

The Thunder has home court no matter who they play now.

The Heat just beat the Celtics 98-79 in game 6. The series is now tied up 3-3, and game 7 is Saturday, in Miami! It should be a great game 7.
Anyways, LeBron James had an amazing performance: 45 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists.

The Miami Heat beat the Boston Celtics 101-88. LeBron James had 31 points and 12 rebounds. Dwyane Wade had 23 points with 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Chris Bosh had 19 points with 8 rebounds. Bosh was 3-4 from beyond the arc. Rajon Rondo had a triple-double with 22 points, 14 assists, and 10 rebounds. The Heat took game 7, winning the series 4-3.
