I feel like the Lakers are going to upset the Spurs. Not sure why. 
Instead of going with the usual Thunder pick, I think the Clippers will win the Western Conference. I would be shocked if the Heat didn't win the NBA Finals this year, no matter who they play. They should definitely win the Eastern Conference, at the very least.

Nuggets and warriors are going to be a great series; each have established themselves as dangerous teams in the west. I agree that the Thunder have the best shot of knocking out the heat, as they have gained invaluable experience in the finals. However, I wouldn't be surprised as you said the heat didn't make it. Knicks could make the finals. Western conf. finals is either going to be SAS VS OKC or OKC VS DEN.

I'm going to say the Lakers. I don't watch much NBA, but I know Kobe is a tough one to beat. Plus, the big teams (Heat, Lakers, etc) are the ones who usually win.
