A have a White Sox hat, and few hats for the local minor league team but that's about it. Unless you count my Athletics, Rangers, and Cubs hat from little league baseball.

It is more likely that you work for the Cougars because I assume that Kane County is more private than Peoria, which is an actual city. Plus, Peoria is further away from Chicago than Kane County.

Kane County Cougars is my final answer.
