I can't say I blame the coach for being pissed as this an awful call, but he took it way too far. To argue is one thing, but to physically take one of your players' sticks out of their hands to break it on the boards in uncalled for. I hope the AHL fines him and suspends him for at least 2games.

lmao wow over reaction much. What if he hit one of his players in the head, he swung that stick pretty hard.

I was laughing.
He broke a hockey stick, then he grabbed one from a player next to him, and broke it.
And the players were leaning the other way trying not to get hit.

Did the coach apologize, or was he suspended or something?

monday is basically done and nothing done. just another corrupt hockey league.
 
If he did that in the NHL they would charge him. Quinn got charged for saying the instigator rule was stupid after Souray got taken out -dirty hit- from Iginla earlier this season.

Im sure the AHL will do somthing.
 
But the NHL is more strict when it comes to coaches. They screw up with players though, I don't think the AHL does.

He doesn't have to go physio to get a fine, one defacing comment about the league and you're gurranteed a call from Mr. Dumb@$$ Bettman saying 'You know that bad remark you made? Well we will need 25k for that remark.".
