The snowflakes may be included in an open source code, but you can't use them on your graphics, that is against the law. Someone made the snowflake, and that would be stealing.
It's nearly impossible to make a graphic without using material created by someone else. I could also blame you, CMT, for not making sure that the original creator of the snowflakes gave permission to whoever made the code. the Ripper.

Using someone's snowflakes for your banner when they have not given you permission to do is ripping, and like I said, the snowflake was created by the coder, or at least the coder had permission to use it for his or her code. But, this banner would still be ripping because the creator of the snowflakes did not give permission for it to be used in their banner, etc, and claiming the work. Chris has clearly claimed that he made this banner, which would be ripping. :P
Grand opening was pushed back once again, we'll just say it's TBA for now. We are still waiting on the completion of some custom development that has been in the works.
