The Detroit Lions have agreed to terms on a four-year contract with Reggie Bush and will introduce the running back at a news conference Wednesday afternoon.

The Lions also agreed to deals cornerback Chris Houston and former Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Jason Jones on Wednesday.

A source had told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that Houston Texans safety Glover Quin also had agreed to join Detroit as well but another source later said a deal had not been agreed upon.

The 29-year-old Bush proved that he can be an every-down tailback in Miami, rushing for 2,072 yards and 12 touchdowns in two seasons with the Dolphins.

This is a great signing by Detroit. They are going to have a running game next season. What are your thoughts on this? :D

I don't think 16-0, but they have just got a lot better. They have the best wide receiver in the NFL, a great running back, a decent quarterback, and a respectable defense. I expect the Lions to be in the playoffs next season, but I don't see them doing any better than 12-4. They're in a tough division.

Indeed. It is an extremely tough division.

As a lion fan, I am excited for this. I think he will be a fantastic addition, and will fit quite well. It is hard to predict their W-L though.
