Recently, in a shootout victory against the Tampa Bay Lightning, Linus Omark of the Edmonton Oilers picked up the puck at centre to take his shot, and did a spin move. He went in to fake a slap shot, and ten score on the actual shot. The issue here however, is the spin move. He wasn't anywhere near the goalie, in fact he was outside the blue line. I don't see why he did it, and I think he just made himself look like a fool. It looked showboatish, and un-classy. What do you guys think?

Aw c'mon. Really?

The spin move was cocky, I'll admit it, but you don't think it DIDN't throw Ellis off? Spin at the begining, fake shot, then score, pretty good move if you ask me.

He is a confident kid, who's got the skill to back it up. Nothing wrong with that. And good to see Renney stand up for him when the Lightning were being sore losers.
