Are you left handed or right handed? I am a lefty. What about you? :)

I'm right-handed. I practice enough to where I can dribble a basketball pretty much exactly the same with both hands, but I think that's the only thing I'm ambidextrous at.

Same :)

I'm a righty. And anytime I try to throw something lefty I end up looking like a fool.

I feel like being able to dribble with both hands effectively is part of basketball. The only time which hand I am using is ever a problem when I am playing basketball is when I am taking a hook shot with my right hand. Can someone say air ball?

I can dribble with both hands easily. I can also golf as a lefty and as a righty. Left handed golf clubs weren't available at this golf course my mother used to work at, so when I learned how to golf, I originally learned how to golf right handed. :)

Yeah...it's definitely important, but there's about 3 or 4 kids on my team who I wouldn't trust to bring the ball up the court simply because they always choose one way to drive because they can't dribble with both hands. I wish our coach would dedicate a practice to dribbling. Even if only a few kids needed it, it would be worth it.

I'm a righty in everything. I have a younger brother who bats lefty, and lets just say I wouldn't be a good switch hitter.

This. I look like I'm doing some voodoo dance when I try to throw with my left.

I would be a pathetic switch hitter, too. I've tried it a few times and the results were... ugly.

A few summers ago I played a ton of baseball in my backyard with my friends and brothers. By the end of the summer, I was actually a fairly decent switch hitter (but still stronger with my right.) Didn't stick with it though, and now I'm just as bad as I ever was.

I remember back when I played baseball, whenever we were beating a team really bad, we would joke around and attempt switch hitting, without ever practicing it before. It was hilarious. :D

Hahaha that's awesome. Did you ever get a hit doing that? :P

Right, like most people. I feel that it would be quite strange to be left handed as I cannot use it to write at all! The penmanship is terrible when I try to write with my left hand.
