James Harrison is going to get his wish. He's going to get to face the Pittsburgh Steelers twice in 2013, and both games will be in prime time.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported Friday that Harrison has agreed a two-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals, per Harrison's agent Bill Praise. Harrison and the Bengals talked contract last weekend before breaking off talks on Monday. Perhaps the NFL schedule release helped seal the deal. The Bengals, after all, have a Monday night game and a Sunday night affair on tap against Harrison's former team.

Oh boy. I don't know how I'm supposed to feel about this.

Wow, those will be fun games to watch...

Doesn't entirely surprise me that he signed into the same division though.

It feels a little bit odd that the first thing he says to announce his signing with the Bengals is "Whodey!!!!!!!!!!! Hello Cincinnati!!!!"

James Harrison saying Who Dey scares me a little... certainly not as much as is scares the Steelers, though. :P

I'm going to miss him so much. This makes me want to see Cincinnati fail even more though. It would be awesome if the Bengals somehow miss the playoffs next season. It would be AWESOME.

Haha the fact that you had to use the word "somehow" as if we already have a definite playoff berth is pretty great. :P

Good signing by the Bengals. The Steelers seem to be trending in the wrong direction lately and taking one of their veteran defensive players will only hurt them more. Pittsburgh needs to get younger so it may work out for them aswell. They need worry about keeping Big Ben healthy more than anything. His body is going to break down if he keeps taking all the punishment that he has been receiving.

On the subject of Harrison, I watched a video of the press conference when he arrived in Cincy. He doesn't seem to excited, and saying "Everything happens for a reason..." doesn't exactly suggest otherwise.

He spends a good bit of the interview talking about himself, and when asked about his new quarterback, he said "No comment." Can any Steelers fan shed some light on this for me, because I'm definitely worried after watching the interview. :/

He's not exactly a social person to begin with. You shouldn't expect him to say much. I also doubt he has gotten to know Andy Dalton yet. :P

I love how in this post you basically change your opinion. First you say that the Steelers are trending in the wrong direction and this will hurt them, but then you say that this could help them and it could workout....

And on the topic of Harrison I can't say I'm mad that he's gone.

I hope you're right. This better not just be an elaborate plan for him to infiltrate and destroy the Bengals organization... which sounds crazy, but doesn't strike me as being all that unlikely. :?
