If your a GM and you're team have the #1 overall pick and these two are available at the draft, Who would you choose?

I would go for Irving all day long. Lillard is also pretty good but Irving's skillset is really one of kind. He got the nice shooting touch, killer crossovers, hangtime moves, and the best thing to have in a young team, the guts to takeover the scoring in crunchtime. I don't like Lillard's shooting form but it is quite effective. He's having a great rookie season but I'm seeing a Brandon Jennings/Tyreke Evans-like career for him.

Both great young players, but I'd probably go with Irving as well. He's already proved himself to be a reliable player for more than one year, and it would surprise me if his play suddenly declines. Lillard still has to fully prove himself, although I've been impressed so far.

Yeah, I can't see him slowing down unless he got injured. He left the game earlier today because of a shoulder injury but I don't think that is a serious one. Yeah, he need to come out strong next season to prove himself more.

They are both awesome point guards, but I would definitely choose Kyrie Irving. Lillard is great, but Irving is better. I guess we will see how they both develop overtime, but right now, Irving is better than Lillard.
