Gonzaga probably should have beaten Illinois and Butler and be undefeated if they're really "#1." Every other team they've played, except Oklahoma St., has been crap.

It's basically a small test of how well we know Latin. I don't know how well I did, but it doesn't mean much for us anyway.

Why do you have to even learn Latin? It seems so pointless why don't people learn Spanish or other languages that are used a lot more.

Latin is the root of many different languages, so if you learn it, then it should be a breeze to learn other languages in the future. I would love to learn Latin over Spanish. I will never use Spanish, and if I do, it would only be the basics that most of us already know before we take any foreign language classes.

Spanish is the only language I ever use besides English, so it seems more important than Latin at least for me.

Exactly. Almost every language finds its roots in Latin, so it's a nice language to learn. Also, I attend the Traditional Catholic Mass which is said in Latin.

I would like to learn something else though... maybe Gaelic or Tibetan, so I can be different from all you Spanish-learning conformists.
