Colts owner Jim Irsay posted this on his Twitter account:

"Brad, I'm in Hattiesburg...is it right or left at the Firechief?"

The Colts said they were "99.5%" certain that Irsay wasn't in Bret Favre's place of residence.

Even if he is, I would highly doubt that the Colts sign Favre. Irsay is probably laughing somewhere right now....

I don't know what I would do if the Colt's signed Favre....

They're a contender if he doesn't need to play, if Peyton can't comeback or gets hurt in general it won't be good for the Colts. Brett can't carry a team to the playoffs anymore, wait he can just the opponents via his picks and just old age play.
 
and this is why I didn't draft Peyton, his health is clearly a concern if they are going to go to this. Colts miss the playoffs if they do get Brett.
 
There's no chance he is coming to Indy. This is just one of the already many rumors about Brett Favre. This was expected though. His first season not on a team really, and there are a bunch of rumors of where he could end up.
