What is your favorite thing about the all time American Favorite sport, Baseball? Maybe you like the game, the innings, the exercise, etc. Tell us what it is. My favorite things about baseball is the HOME RUNS. The crowds get so excited, the players get excited and start to have fun instead of looking at the game as though it's a job. Just my useless contribution :) - On a side note, I'm going to the last game of the season to see the Braves play, courtesy of a bar owner I know well. :)

Mt favourite thing about baseball is that it's not popular here in Canada, meaning I don't have to watch it often.
However, I do love playing catch with my friends.

Walk-off homeruns are where it's at. There's nothing more exciting than seeing one at home, with 35,000 fans standing and cheering with you.

Agreed. Everything is better when it is clutch.

I think it's awesome to see the players dive for the bases. When attending a baseball game I love the overall experience... the food, the crowd, just the overall atmosphere. I definitely enjoy watching the game in person more than just on the television.

My favorite thing about baseball is watching a pitcher go to work against a whole lineup. We got to see Arrieta do that today when he threw that no hitter. That guy is a stud. Besides that I like to see people getting outgunned at the plate by a guy with an arm from the outfield. Those are always the nicest plays to watch.

The thing I love most about baseball is its rich history and its American nostalgia. There's just something so American about the game and so many great stories about what baseball has done for some players that have come from impoverished countries. It is just about as American as apple pie.
