Post in here what your favorite NBA team is and why.

My favorite team would have to be the Chicago Bulls as I live close to Chicago and love watching them play.
 
I like the Bulls and the Rockets. The Bulls, because they're one of the closest to where I live, and the Rockets because I love a ton of their players, past and present.
 
I'm sure most of you already knew this, but my favorite NBA team is Blazers. Me, living in Portland my whole life and the fact that the Blazers are the only major sport team in Oregon I've always been a huge fan. I've supported them even through the infamous jailblazer era and all the ups and downs over the years.
 
For me, it would have to be either the LA Clippers or the Miami Heat as well. For the Heat, LeBron James is simply a monster when it comes to basketball. On the other hand, I love the Clippers just because I live close to LA and I just love to cheer on the team that continues to grow and get better!
 
Miami Heat all day, everyday. I'm a Lebron fan since I was a kid so what's reason to support the cavs. I'm not living in Cleveland. I ain't living in any NBA city, so I don't see any problem to that.
I'm glad to see Dwade getting back on his regular self. Lebron is showing every team why he's a 3-time MVP. Playoffs is not even a challenge anymore.
I'm hoping to see another Heat-Thunder matchup in the Finals!
 
Even though the Lakers are horrible now, I still remain a fan, the just need to realize how good they can be and step it up.

My favorite team is the New York Knicks.  It's kinda funny how they became my team... In junior high school, I started following the Knicks because it was the favorite team of a boy I liked.  While the crush quickly faded, I fell in love with the Knicks and it stuck.  It was during the Patrick Ewing, John Starks, Charles Oakley, Anthony Mason days....when Pat Riley, Mr. GQ himself was coaching.  We could never get past the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan, but the games sure were exciting.  I loved the game and the team ever since.
 
Detroit Pistons. Loving the improvement this year making it the playoffs and the hire of Van Gundy was a home run in my opinion. I really wanna see the return of the days when making the Eastern Conference Finals was just a formality for this team. That run of six straight ECF appearances was amazing, sad we only got one title out of it but they were truly among the games elite teams during that time.
 
Wherever Steve Nash goes. For me as a kid, it was the Phoenix Suns, but then he started switching teams, so my allegiances had to change. He is my favorite player, very great with the ball and knows how to pass to his teammates for the win. Clutch shots are also amazing to see, and his devotion to his franchise to the point that THEY actually had to switch him to get a championship before he retires, is a testament to how loyal he is with his fans. I will always be a huge fan of his work, with or without the ball.
 
I'm a fan of the Toronto Raptors, mostly because I live near Toronto. They're doing really well this year, they're in game seven of the semifinals against the Miami Heat. It's nice to see a Toronto team winning after watching the Maple Leafs lose over and over again the few years, lol.
 
I really like Celtics. Always have and I have been into NBA since Jordan was active. It is not long but I just chose Celtics then and I stick with that. I really loved Larry Bird and I was amazed how good that guy was and I love the Celtic or Irish culture that is very transparent in Boston. Recently I was thrilled with Rondo but since his injury and transfer I was kind of disappointed. I love those not-so-perfect-with-exceptional-something kind of players. I mean, he is not a shooter but his speed and passing is incredible and of course The Truth is another hero of mine and Garnet.
