Retired Staff
First of all, never ask to be a staff member. Second, we keep a record on who has been banned, and how many times, therefore, the worse your record, the harder it is to become staff.
In a good staff member, we look for someone who is online often. Is semi-active (The more active, the better your chances)
We look for someone who gets along well with other members, and if they don't get along, instead of arguing they use the ignore feature.
Although you are not allowed to ask to become staff, you may PM staff members and ask if you're a possibility.
Don't say that you would be a good choice or anything of the sort, as that is the equivalent of asking to be staff.
