They probably would have been better off kneeling it at the 1 so they could run the clock out a bit longer, but then you never know if you'll even score. Great play.

Yeah, I saw this play live and thought that he should have pulled a Brian Westbrook to run off the clock.

That came back to bite them in the butt.
