Yep, it's official.

Right from the start, Derrick Rose(notes) wondered why he couldn’t be the MVP. It turns out, nothing could stop him.

Rose officially became the NBA’s youngest MVP on Tuesday and joined Michael Jordan as the only Bulls player to win the award, which was no surprise given his spectacular season and Chicago’s leap to a league-leading 62 wins.

Rose has been getting M-V-P chats for months now. I'm watching the Bulls game right now, and they are chanting M-V-P and the game is in Atlanta.

Yeah, I would feel bad to be a Hawks player right now. They officially have the worst fans in the NBA if they're chanting MVP to the opposition in the PLAYOFFS.
